These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Golden Ticket Trades ("we", "us") covering the website, the app, live streams, voice rooms, chat, indicators, courses, merchandise and every other service we offer (the "Service"). By creating an account, buying anything or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Risk Disclosure & Disclaimer and our Billing & Refunds policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is for education and discussion. We are not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer, and nothing in the Service is personalized financial, investment, tax or legal advice or a recommendation to trade any security. You make your own trading decisions and are solely responsible for them. Trading involves a substantial risk of loss. Please read the Risk Disclosure & Disclaimer. It is part of these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You must give accurate information, keep your password secure and not share your account. Memberships are for one person. We approve accounts at our discretion and may refuse, suspend or remove any account.
Prices are shown before you pay. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Cancellation and refunds are covered in our Billing & Refunds policy.
Buying or subscribing to an indicator gives you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use it on TradingView through the username you provide, for as long as your subscription is active. You may not copy, resell, share, decompile or republish any indicator, script, course, stream or other content. Access to invite-only TradingView scripts is granted by hand and depends on TradingView's own service, which we don't control.

We may remove content and suspend or ban accounts that break these rules, without a refund.
You own what you post. You give us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display and share it within the Service so the community can see it. You are responsible for what you post, and you confirm you have the right to post it. Messages you post in shared rooms can be seen by other members.
When you speak or share your screen or camera in a live room, other members can see and hear you. Do not share personal or account information on stream.
The Service and everything in it (including indicators, courses, streams, branding and software) belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. These Terms give you no ownership rights.
Market data, news and other information come from third parties. They may be delayed or inaccurate and are provided for general information only. We are not responsible for third-party services such as TradingView, Stripe or your broker.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT PROMISE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR PROFITABLE FOR YOU.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY TRADING OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, OR FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 3 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.
You agree to defend and indemnify us against any claims, losses and costs arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms.
Please contact us first at goldentickettrades@gmail.com. Most issues can be solved quickly. Any claim must be brought individually, not as part of a class or representative action, to the extent the law allows.
We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. If you keep using the Service after that, you accept the new Terms. You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms.
