Billing, Cancellation & Refunds

Subscriptions renew automatically

Monthly and yearly memberships and indicator subscriptions are recurring. When you subscribe, you authorize us to charge your payment method the price shown at checkout, plus any applicable tax, at the start of each billing period (every month or every year) until you cancel. The price and billing period are shown before you pay and on your Stripe receipt.

How to cancel

You can cancel any time, online, without contacting us: open the app, go to Settings → Billing → Manage billing, and cancel in the secure Stripe billing portal. You can also email goldentickettrades@gmail.com and we will cancel it for you. Cancelling stops all future charges. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Refunds

• Because you get immediate access to digital content, live rooms and indicators, payments are generally non-refundable, including partial months or years.
• If you were charged by mistake, charged after you cancelled, or charged twice, email us within 30 days and we will refund the charge.
• One-time purchases (such as lifetime access or mentorship sessions) are non-refundable once access has been granted or the session has taken place. You can reschedule a mentorship session with at least 24 hours' notice.
• Merchandise: if an item arrives damaged or wrong, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund it.
• Nothing here limits any refund right you have under the law where you live.

Price changes

If we change the price of a subscription, we will tell you before the new price applies to your next renewal. You can cancel before then.

Failed payments and account removal

If a renewal payment fails, access may be paused until it is paid. If we suspend or remove an account for breaking our Terms of Service, prepaid fees are not refunded.
